It is a free online service that helps you find trustworthy, local, high-quality automotive professionals who offer good value for all your repair and maintenance needs where in you can track, follow and pay for your service online.
2. As a vehicle owner, how can I sign up to become a member of VeHPaL?
You can login to VeHPaL with your Facebook, Google or personal email account and access the services of VeHPaL.
3. Do I have to pay VeHPaL for any services?
No, the VeHPaL services to the users are absolutely free. The quote you get through VeHPaL is directly coming from our service partners.
4. How do I make a booking?
It's simple. Select the workshop at which you would like to have your car serviced, click on 'Book Now' and fill in the necessary information. While you drop your car at the selected garage, quote the service requisition number that is sent to you by email and SMS registered with us.

5. How do I track my service?
Go to ‘My Services’ to see the list of all your services through VeHPaL. Click the ‘Service Summary’ on each listing for the status display and progress. Moreover, you will also get email and SMS notificationsduring any status change to keep you informed.
6. Can I change my booking date after generating a voucher?
Yes, you can. All you have to do is contact the workshop prior to the day of your appointment to inform them of any changes. Alternately, you may contact the VeHPaL Helpline for further assistance.You can also cancel the service by clicking the ‘Cancel’ button
7. How can I pay for my services?
You can choose to pay for your service directly at the garage or even better, through the VeHPaL online portal for which you can avail VeHPaL wallet points.
8. What if the workshop does not accept my booking?
